Shipping Charges

Rates are calculated using the zones of the relevant carrier. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Rates are as below;

  • Melbourne Metro: $14*
  • Sydney Metro: $14*
  • Adelaide Metro: $14*
  • Brisbane Metro: $14*

*If you are outside of a metropolitan area, or in Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania shipping charges will be based on the size and weight of your order but there will be a minimum charge of $25.00 exc. GST.

 

Free Shipping

Metro Area in NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA: orders over $300.
Outside of Metro or in WA, NT and TAS: orders over $400.
We recognize the importance of prompt and courteous delivery to our customers and commit to having your dental supplies dispatched within 24 hours.

Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered to your dental practice within 1 to 3 business days. Deliveries to Western Australia, Tasmania or remote areas of Australia can take up to 10 days. 

Please understand delivery charge will be applied on equipment or promotions due to tight price structure.

 

International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges will be based on the size and weight of your order but there will be a minimum charge of AUD85.00 exc. GST.

Returns Policy

You must inspect the Product(s) on delivery or collection. We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt.


We will not refund the delivery fee where the product has been delivered to you unless you are returning a product because it was damaged.

Please keep your invoice for proof of purchase. Please contact us first, before sending any return/exchange products to Dental Dynamics Head office.



Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
