Description
ID ZirBond is an MDP-based zirconia primer formulated to improve adhesion between zirconia substrates and resin or composite resin systems.
It is applied to zirconia frameworks after surface preparation and supports reliable bonding in restorative workflows involving zirconia restorations.
The primer can be used on both high-strength and translucent zirconia surfaces.
Applications
. Gingival characterization of crowns and bridges
. Gingival characterization in full and partial dentures
. Application on zirconia frameworks prior to resin or composite resin placement
Directions for Use
. Sandblast the zirconia surface, then rinse and dry
. Apply a thin layer of ID ZirBond and allow to air dry for 30–60 seconds
. Proceed with light-curing resin application
