6 Techniques in 1 Kit

1. Simple, Safe & Fast Maxillary Crestal Sinus Lift

After initial drill, use to create a core in the residual bone.

Core lifter allows to create the core with very minimal force. Ideal method to create a new sinus floor with minimal perforation of the sinus and does not require bone grafting.

Use to move core into the maxillary sinus.

When using core lifter 2, if it feels like it is going into the sinus, then place implant (self-tapping) which allows for the implant to lift the sinus floor and creating a new core.

2. Simplifying Alveolar Bone Expansion

After using the disc, use splitter for ridge split or expansion.

After using the disc, use splitter starting from small area to large area for ridge split or expansion. Even in ridge expansion, where vertical osteotomy is not required, the splitter effectively expands by rotational force. (Extra tools, such as bone spreader, are not required.)




3. Membrane Fixing & More Effective GBR

In complicated GBR cases, wide cover cap is used to hold the resorbable membrane allowing the overcountouring of the bone graft.


Fixation of the membrane is very important to hold the graft with implant. It is bendable to follow the contour of the bone and can be used with resorbable and nonresorbable membrane. When using non-resorbable membrane, it is recommended to use with bone tack as well.

In cases where boney defect is worse than or equal to type 2 bone defect classification, use to fix resorbable or non-resorbable membrane.

When using bone tack, make sure there is no bending or fracturing of the bone tack. It has to be easy to remove. This bone tack has excellent strength and made to ideally fit carrier and bone tack together.




4. Fast & Efficient Connective Soft Tissue Harvesting

Used for soft tissue grafting for biotype conversion of 3.5mm straight drilling for core lifter of the sinus. maxillary anterior region.

Various techniques are required depending on the size of the soft tissue graft site, but if it is immediate loading, using this double blade make it able to collect the soft tissue from the palatal side just in 10 seconds. The gap between the two blades is 2mm and it can optimize the healing of the connective tissue.

5. Easy & Fast Removal of Fractured Screws

For removal of fractured implant screw.

Screw retriever should have an adequate firmness and elasticity. This bur has perfect length and width to easily retrieve the implant screw that is fractured inside the implant.



6. Accurate & Flexible Grinding for Implantoplasty

To grind any exposed thread for peri-implantitis.

When you are doing implantoplasty, removing the threads, the cutting ability of the bur cannot be too strong or too weak. A good bur can remove the implant thread by saving the thickness of the fixture wall and remove the macrothreads efficiently. This bur is useful even without removal of the abutment and implant crown and can be efficiently used from different directions.
